 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting, selling, and supporting our range of chemical and medical products. This position requires a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals. 
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to educate customers about product features and benefits.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement product launch plans.
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the chemical or medical industry.
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to articulate technical information.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
