As part of the company’s expansion plan and institutional sales growth strategy, we are seeking to hire an Institutional Sales Specialist (B2B) to join our team.

Role Overview:

Responsible for managing and developing institutional accounts, building long-term relationships with procurement departments and decision-makers, and contributing to sustainable sales growth in line with the company’s strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of institutional clients across multiple sectors.

  • Build strong relationships with procurement managers and key decision-makers.

  • Identify new sales opportunities and convert them into long-term accounts.

  • Prepare and present professional pricing proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure and collection.

  • Use CRM and ERP systems to manage clients, quotations, and reports.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in B2B institutional sales.

  • Good understanding of institutional procurement and purchasing cycles.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM / ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly.

  • Good level of English (reading and writing).

  • Valid driving license (own vehicle is a plus).

  • Professional commitment and readiness for field work.
