Job Description:
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Chemical Products Technical Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong scientific foundation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Customer Relationship Management: Nurture and grow existing customer relationships through regular engagement and technical support.
- Sales Execution: Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets while aligning with company objectives.
- Technical Expertise:
- Provide expert technical assistance to customers on product selection, application, and usage.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product benefits and features.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to address customer inquiries and contribute to product development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve performance.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the chemical industry.
- Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and negotiation skills.
