HR Generalist

As part of RT Entrepreneurs’ expansion plan and operational excellence strategy, we are seeking to hire an HR Generalist to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The HR Generalist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, supporting recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The role also includes supporting employee engagement, performance management, and workforce coordination, especially in operational and warehouse environments.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases
Administer payroll inputs, benefits enrollment, and leave tracking
Serve as first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns
Support performance management processes including reviews, goal tracking, and feedback documentation
Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws
Coordinate training sessions, onboarding programs, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle offboarding processes including exit interviews and documentation
Prepare HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance
Operate and maintain warehouse management system (WMS) for attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and labor allocation
Coordinate with warehouse supervisors to align staffing levels with operational needs
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations and proper documentation of safety training

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of experience in HR or similar role
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance requirements
Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
Experience with WMS or workforce scheduling tools is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and confidentiality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
