B2C Sales Specialist

As part of RT Entrepreneurs’ expansion plan and customer acquisition strategy, we are seeking to hire a B2C Sales Specialist to join our growing team.

Role Overview

The B2C Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products and solutions, and converting leads into successful sales while ensuring a positive customer experience and contributing to sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and follow up on leads and customer inquiries received through different channels.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
* Prepare and present quotations and offers in accordance with company policies.
* Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
* Follow up with customers throughout the sales process until order confirmation and completion.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
* Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using CRM and ERP systems.
* Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve customer experience.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Previous experience in B2C Sales, Customer Service, Retail Sales, or a similar role.
* Strong communication, persuasion, and customer relationship skills.
* Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
* Ability to work under targets and performance metrics.
* Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems or willingness to learn quickly.
* Good command of English (written and spoken).
* Professional attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
